Doqsure Terms of Service

Effective: 13 August 2026 · Doqsure (Koodo Technology L.L.C.)

1. The Service

Doqsure provides a document-intelligence platform for Florida homeowners insurance intake and quoting (the "Service"). The Service is provided to licensed insurance agencies, MGAs, and MGUs (each a "Customer").

2. Not Insurance

Doqsure is a technology provider. Doqsure is not an insurance agency, producer, MGA, MGU, or carrier, and does not sell, underwrite, or bind insurance. Doqsure does not receive commissions from insurance transactions. Nothing on the platform constitutes insurance advice or a contract of insurance.

3. Fees

The Service is free during the initial pilot period (first four months). Thereafter, a technology services fee applies per issued policy processed through the platform, invoiced monthly. The fee is for technology and data-processing services and is not a commission.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customer must: (a) hold any licenses required to sell insurance; (b) provide its customers the privacy notices required by law (including GLBA); (c) ensure it is authorized to provide the data it uploads; and (d) use the Service lawfully. Customer is responsible for the accuracy of data entered and for its own regulatory compliance.

5. Acceptable Use

Customer may not: misuse the Service to infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or process data without authorization. Automated scraping or abuse of the API beyond reasonable use is prohibited.

6. Data & Privacy

Customer data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We process data on Customer's behalf as a service provider under GLBA and the Florida Information Protection Act. See our Agency Service Agreement for the full data processing terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI extraction results should be verified by licensed professionals before use in binding transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doqsure's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
